It seems that the myth that the human being must sleep 8 hours at least has been disassembled by a scientific study. In spite of the beliefs that think that not to sleep the sufficient hours it brings about problems of pressure in the circulation of the blood, diabetes, or even, obesity, a group of investigators of already denied it to California in 1913.
